Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Service description
CVStreamAI provides AI-powered CV screening software for recruitment teams and staffing agencies. The platform lets you create job briefs, upload CVs in bulk, generate match scores and recommendations, and export ranked shortlists for clients.
2. Acceptable use
By using CVStreamAI you agree to use the platform only for lawful recruitment and hiring workflows. You are responsible for obtaining consent from candidates before uploading their CVs and for complying with applicable employment and data-protection laws.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or upload malicious files. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payment terms
Subscription limits, billing cycles, and plan features are defined on our pricing page and in your account settings. Fees are charged in advance according to your selected plan unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failed payments may result in restricted access until the account is brought current.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are handled per our support policy.
4. AI disclaimer
AI-generated scores, shortlists, and reject labels are suggestions only and are not a substitute for human judgment. The final hiring decision always remains yours. Review each CV and screening result before sharing outcomes with clients or candidates.
5. Limitation of liability
CVStreamAI is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
